Revolution, Anyone?

Has anyone read the book "Revolution" by George Barna? I will post more on it later, but just curious if anyone has read it and what their thoughts on it are...

Yeah, I'm reading it. It certainly has the potential for being taken the wrong way. I'm not sure that I agree with the implied "cowboy Christian" approach at the beginning of the book, but it has some great points, too. The biggest being his reflection on the early church ... singling out seven qualities of early believers and then focusing on them. Interestingly, the early church met all the time ... but, as I mentioned above, there seems to be a license given by Geo. B. to just kinda do what you want to do. From past experience, once the coal is removed from other coals, the coal bruns out and turns to ash. I'm only about 2/3 done, though ... taking time to read each chapter twice vs. blowing thru it in an afternoon. Also, LOVED the stats he provides ........ whadda u think???
